Depression, Anxiety, Stress: Counseling for Women

Are you the type of woman who “always has it together?

Yet, actually, stress and anxiety are overwhelming you?

Are you losing sleep?

Feeling stuck? Depressed?

Wondering if this is always how it’s going to be?

It’s Time for You to Feel Better.

“How do I know it’s depression?”

Depression can take on many forms and “look” different on anyone. Sometimes we withdraw, sometimes we are impulsive, other times we over or under eat, snap off at loved ones, find ourselves forgetful more often, or have physical symptoms like headaches and joint pain.

Depression can show up in even more ways:

  • Anxiety
  • Loss of Interest
  • Insomnia or excessive sleep
  • Lack of concentration
  • Agitation
  • Obsessive thoughts
  • Guilt
  • Extreme Daily Stress

What can we do to feel better?

You can feel confident and radiant again. And, you can change anything with a different perspective. We believe that you have so much strength inside. We want to be here for you as counselors specifically for modern women with modern challenges.

“There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” – Anais Nin

Therapy can help you through tough times as well as help you maintain a healthy emotional balance during peaceful times. Counseling with a therapist is like taking a mindful 50-minutes to consciously map out the future and work through the past.

Our clients say that after their sessions, they:

  • Feel Lighter
  • Make more conscious decisions
  • Are kinder to their loved ones
  • Have a sense of reinvigoration and enthusiasm for life
  • Develop problem-solving and patience skills
  • Are able to clear their minds and breathe
  • Have more happiness
